Job Description

Role: Scrum Master
Location: Draper, UT 84020
Working Module: Onsite - Hybrid (2-3 days a week work from office)
Contract Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension

Note: Local candidates are preferred. However, candidates who are willing to relocate and can begin working onsite from Day 1st will also be considered.

Must have skills:
Scrum Master (Certification will be an added advantage but not mandate)

Good to have skills:
Agile Coaching, Technical background preferred - JavaScript, Python, .NET

Job Description:
Facilitation: Leading and facilitating Scrum events like sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coaching: Guiding teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values, helping them understand and embrace the framework.
Impediment Removal: Identifying and removing any obstacles that hinder the team's progress, whether they are internal or external.
Servant Leadership: Serving the team by supporting their needs, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive working environment.
Process Improvement: Helping the team improve their workflow, identify areas for optimization, and implement changes effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
Product Backlog Management: Assisting the Product Owner in refining and managing the product backlog.
Agile Mindset: Championing the principles of Agile and Scrum within the team and the broader organization.
