Overview:

Dallas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive , a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Office Administrator to our Service team.

Responsibilities:

• Scan documents and warranty RO reviews.
• Work on cash balancing reports for the service department.
• Maintain the aftermarket extended warranty schedule and assisting in the booking of ROs.
• Filing
• Assist management and advisors.
• Other admin duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Cashiering and/or accounting experience is a plus.
• Good computer skills.
• Confidence in your ability to be successful.
• Great attitude with high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
