Job Description Job Description Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Shifts: Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights Pay Range: $19.00 – $25.50 per hour (commensurate with experience) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Length of Assignment: Permanent (99 weeks) Key Responsibilities Provide resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing. Assist residents with mobility, repositioning, and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques. Monitor and record vital signs , behaviors, and care activities accurately in the EMR system. Support residents during meals and ensure a positive dining experience . Maintain infection control standards and adhere to all facility policies. Offer emotional and psychosocial support to residents and their families. Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to deliver quality care. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program approved by the state. Active CNA certification in South Dakota. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) . Ability to perform assigned tasks and attend required training/in-services. Physical & Work Requirements Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical care-related tasks. May spend long periods standing, walking, or repositioning residents. Work environment is typically moderate in noise level. Reasonable accommodations may be provided as needed.
