A well-established, multi-specialty group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Sleep Medicine Physician to join their team on a part-time, telehealth-only basis.

Compensation:
$30 $35 per read
$70 per new patient consult

Requirements:
Board Certification in Sleep Medicine
