**Job Title: Customer Experience & Education Consultant **

Job Duration: 24 Months Contract – W2

Job Location:NYX HQ, 2201 East El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245 (Hybrid)

WFH 2 days morning start flex on time

** Description:About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized individual with a strong background in makeup artistry, content creation, and on-set production. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments and knows how to translate beauty trends into compelling visual content. Strong PowerPoint and organizational skills are a must, as you’ll also be helping build presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use.

Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with the marketing teams and Product Development to conceptualize, shoot, and edit beauty-focused content (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Reels).
• Assist in the planning and execution of on-set production (setup, product prep, scheduling, coordination).
• Create and manage presentations using PowerPoint to support campaign planning, product launches, and strategy meetings.
• Stay on top of emerging trends in beauty, skincare, and social media — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of makeup kits, props, and set materials.

Requirements:

• Experience in makeup artistry (portfolio or IG/TikTok presence is a plus).
• Strong skills in social media and current trends.
• Experience in on-set production, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office/Google Suite tools.
• Highly organized with an ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of current beauty trends, influencers, and events.
• Ability to take initiative, be detail-oriented, and work well under pressure.
