Ipsun Solar is seeking Entry Level Solar Installers to install residential solar systems. We will train the right candidates! Entry Level Solar Installer shifts are Monday - Friday, with limited night/weekend/on-call work. For our Entry Level Solar Installers we offer full benefits, including paid time off, and competitive pay. Location & Travel: This position is based on Fairfax, VA, with required travel to job sites. What You’ll Do: Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on residential and commercial properties. Ensure the quality and safety of all installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Follow industry best practices and company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. You’re a Great Fit If You Have: Excellent customer service skills required Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
