Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel Med/Surg Neuroscience night shift position, requiring an active MO or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in the Neurology-Neuroscience unit within a hospital setting
• Assignment is 13 weeks in length, with night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 (4x12 hour shifts per week)
• Care for neurological patient populations
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility receive reduced pay and may only complete up to three consecutive local 13-week contracts before a required 1-year break or transfer
• Work attire must comply with general hospital standards
• Neuroscience team environment with support from experienced staff

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Neuroscience or related specialty required
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is scheduled
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• No employment gaps longer than 90 days within the past 12 months
