Out Patient Wound Care RN - Part-Time
Under the supervision of the Wound Center Manager, performs the primary function of an RN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Advanced Wound Care Center. Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities. Is cross-trained to cover in HBO. Fulfills departmental responsibilities with the long range plan, mission, vision, and values of the hospital. Promotes a supportive environment that encourages teamwork.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
Current RN licensure with the Tennessee State Board of Nursing
Current BLS upon hire
Minimum of 2 years med-surg experience. Wound Care experience preferred.
