• Here is Banksy!

    by  • May 9, 2007

This is a very interesting piece… if you’ve ever wondered what stencil painting graffiti cult hero Banksy looks like, well here he is. The pics were been published in The Evening Standard back in 2004 and an unlickely source of Jamaican photographer Peter Dean Rickard who has let them go on his website, The Afflicted Yard. The New Yorker magazine published an extensive 6000 word article on the not so elusive guerrilla artist. What makes this more interesting is with all the press and intense media spotlight that surrounds Banksy over the past few years and all, not one reporter has referenced even the existence of these photos until now.

    Maybach Exelero

Everyone wanted to know what car Jay z was driving in his “lost ones” video well it was Maybach’s one off Exelero. Their’s only one Exelero running around this planet and that is the definition of exclusive, and of course Jay z was able to get the car for his video, does he actually own it I don’t know, probably not. But I can say the design of this 21st century look a like bat mobile is something just incredible, the cars design is what we all as car drivers should expect from car manufacturers, that extra special touch and detail.

    Interactive Quiksilver Ads

Quiksilver takes advertising to a new level with their recent billboards in Copenhagen. One of their new ad spaces allow skaters to go on a Quiksilver mini ramp attached to a bus stop. And if that’s not enough, there’s also a Quiksilver billboard that has a rail attached to it for those who have the sudden itch to grind. For surfers, there is a bus stop with a surfboard bench with the whole stop containing a whole wave image. These are pretty creative and innovative ad ideas, wish there would be some of these in the US soon.
