Meshberg Group Architects is a full-service, design-led Architecture and Interior Design firm with offices in Miami and Brooklyn . We specialize in large-scale multi-family, hospitality, and high-end private residential projects across the U.S.

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of U.S.-based architecture experience to lead the delivery of sophisticated, design-driven projects in our Miami office .

• Lead interior and exterior architecture projects from concept through construction
• Coordinate across internal teams, consultants, clients, and contractors
• Produce and review full construction drawing sets, details, and schedules (Revit + AutoCAD)
• Conduct code reviews (ADA/FHA, NYC, Miami-Dade, IBC) and ensure permitting compliance
• Manage project schedules, team workload, deliverables, and profitability
• Attend site visits and produce field reports during construction
• Mentor junior designers and architects
• Travel occasionally for project coordination meetings

• B.Arch required; Licensed Architect or equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years’ architecture experience (U.S. based), with 3+ years at one firm
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
• Experience managing multi-family residential , hospitality , or luxury private residential projects
• Skilled in detailing, documentation, and consultant coordination
• Familiar with NYC or Miami building departments and permit processes
• Knowledge of ADA, FHA, IBC, and regional building codes
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Collaborative and detail-oriented with a strong design sensibility
