In-Person ASL Interpreter – Full-Time (Clinton, NC)
Location: Clinton, NC (On-site at local school)
2025–2026 School Year | Full-Time Opportunity (35 hours per week)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active ASL interpreter license required – North Carolina required
• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Minimum EIPA score of 3.0
• Full time availability for the full 2025–2026 school year and availability to work onsite in Sampson County, NC
• At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting
• 1+ year of experience providing online services preferred
• Strong understanding of instructional methodologies for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students
• Willingness to participate in IEP and IFSP development as needed
• Ability to assist with setting up necessary equipment and materials for accessible education
• Comfortable working with amplification devices and assistive tech tools
• Able to maintain strong, professional relationships with students, families, and school teams
• A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet for remote collaboration (if needed)
• A genuine passion for working with children
