Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our food production facility running smoothly. If you’re hands-on, mechanically inclined, and ready for a steady career with growth potential , we want to hear from you What You’ll Be Doing: Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment like conveyors, refrigeration units, motors, and plumbing systems Troubleshoot issues using schematics and blueprints Handle preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Use welding and machine shop tools (TIG/MIG) Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely Support food safety and follow OSHA, PPE, and GMP standards What We’re Looking For: ~Mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience ~ Electrical certification (Low/High voltage) ~Familiar with pneumatics, hydraulics, basic welding ~ Comfortable working Sundays and lifting 75 lbs ~ Strong troubleshooting and team skills ~  Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Company Description SND Services is more than just a staffing company.
