Bilingual Medical Assistant

(English/Spanish)

To thrive, you should have:

  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in primary care or specialty settings.
  • Excellent clinical skills, including obtaining vital signs, collecting pertinent health information, and assisting with medication reconciliation and prescription management.
  • Solid knowledge of medical terminology, practice operations, and electronic health record (EHR) systems, with the ability to use clinical technology effectively.
  • Solid communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Stellar organizational skills and flexibility, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, travel to satellite locations, and support practice operations as needed.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Your responsibilities as the Medical Assistant will include:

  • Support patient care by gathering health information, obtaining vital signs, and documenting accurately in electronic health records.
  • Assist providers with clinical tasks, patient instructions, prescription management, and paperwork completion.
  • Participate in patient communication, including phone screenings and care coordination under provider direction.
  • Maintain organized, well-stocked exam rooms and ensure readiness for patient care.
  • Contribute to team success by assisting with training, traveling to satellite locations, and supporting special projects as needed.
