Responsibilities:

• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments for each member

• Based on the assessment data, behavioral observations, and collateral information, develop a person-centered Behavior Support Plan for each member

• Train staff to competency on implementation and documentation of the BSP and any other treatment/transition plans

• Lead the staff in periodic reviews of treatment and transition planning progress with each member, in accordance with policy and procedures

• In collaboration with Senior Leadership, the DDA Services Director, and Clinical director, develop programming to support people in gaining the skills (e.g., social, leisure, pre- employment, problem-solving) to transition to less restrictive levels of care upon transition

• Provide guidance in helping staff to gain RBT certification as well as ongoing supervision for those maintaining the RBT certification.

• Maintain a state of continuous regulatory readiness in all areas of responsibility
