Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled CDL-A driver to join our team as a Dedicated Reefer Daytime Truck Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting reefer and dry van freight to various Costco stores while enjoying excellent home time and competitive pay.

Average Pay: $1,330-$1,630 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Transporting reefer and dry van freight with backhauls to Costco stores.
• 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook freight.
• Completing 3-4 loads per week, with 1-2 stop-offs per load.
• Driving routes across IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, and SD.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Receive mileage pay and hourly wages while on duty (not driving).
• Weekly performance pay based on your driving success.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid across 12 months in your first year.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid across 12 months.
• Orientation is paid, and after six months, you will be eligible for paid time off and six days of holiday pay each year.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
