About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join their executive leadership team. The CAO will be responsible for driving strategic leadership across all administrative departments, partnering with executives to set and monitor goals, and ensuring that operations are in line with business objectives. This role is pivotal in overseeing policies, compliance, and risk management, particularly in a highly regulated industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing systems for efficiency, productivity, and growth, as well as managing insurance programs and maintaining regulatory compliance. Collaboration with IT vendors to ensure a secure and high-performing digital infrastructure is also a key aspect of the position. Candidates for the CAO role at the company should have a Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field, with a Masters degree preferred, and 10-15 years of experience in senior administrative or operational leadership, ideally within the construction industry. The role requires a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational development, and system optimization, as well as strong financial acumen, risk management expertise, and leadership skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems is essential. The CAO will also be expected to represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and partnerships.
