Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for attorneys and legal staff, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market. Partner with Leadership: Work closely with firm leadership to understand staffing needs, growth plans, and firm culture to ensure recruitment efforts align with strategic goals. Candidate Sourcing: Use your network and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-performing legal professionals from across the country. Oversee Summer Associate and Internship Programs: Manage the firm’s prestigious summer associate program, ensuring the experience is aligned with the firm’s standards of excellence. Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives within recruitment efforts to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of inclusive hiring practices. What We’re Looking For: Law Firm Background: A minimum of 7 years of experience in legal recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with direct law firm experience. Leadership Experience: Proven success leading a recruitment team or managing high-level recruitment projects within a fast-paced law firm environment. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to influence and collaborate with partners, leadership, and external candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
