Job Description

Miami Beach family is looking to hire a Domestic couple for a four-day live-in position. The household consists of a couple only. The house is a large single-family residence. The schedule is flexible and could be a four-day live-in with three consecutive days off. There is a detached one-bedroom apartment on the property for live-in accommodation. The couple can leave the residence on their days off. Candidates who are local to South Florida preferred.There is a full-time live-out housekeeper on staff and a small crew of grounds staff.

The couple with be charged with hands-on house-management duties for interior and exterior, housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation and service.

Job Duties;

• Full responsibility for household management and property maintenance inside and out
• Supervise vendors and grounds staff
• Perform daily walkthroughs, ensuring that property is in full working order
• Light maintenance and knowledge of basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical
• Light repairs, changing filters, light bulbs, minor fixes etc.
• Oversee repairs and small construction projects
• Hands on heavy cleaning, pressure washing, maintenance of exterior, pool area, walkways
• General housekeeping, cleaning, organizing inside; Daily housekeeping and organizing, making beds, changing linen
• Laundry and wardrobe management (personal laundry, linen care, closet organization)
• Prepare and serve simple healthy dishes, light breakfast, lunch, occasional dinners.
• Clean-up after dinner
• Assist when the family entertains, small dinners
• Running errands, grocery shopping, dry cleaners. etc.
• Receive guest, taking messages, receiving mails and packages
• Knowledgeable in the proper care of all surfaces & fine furnishes, polishing silvers etc.
• Keeping the home organize, restocking supplies, organizing drawers, cupboards, pantry
• Cleaning and maintaining of appliances and equipment's
• Other requests as needed

Job Requirements;

• Minimum 5 years Couple or housekeeper/houseman experience in a formal home.
• Must be Local to South Florida
• Work related References for previous employer
• Covid Vaccinated
• English Speaker
• Non Smoker
• Positive & professional and discreet

Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $150k based on experience, PTO, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay
