Job Description
We’re hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support both our Shipping and Receiving departments. If you’re a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, hands-on logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load/unload materials
Support daily shipping and receiving operations
Maintain accurate inventory handling and documentation
Stage and organize product based on orders and schedules
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and quality
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Requirements:Proven forklift experience (certification preferred)
Able to pass a forklift road test (Receiving roles only)
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Basic math and counting skills
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to work Monday through Saturday
Team-oriented with strong communication and work ethic
Dependable, responsible, and able to follow directions
Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
