Front Desk Attendant/Concierge

Salary:

Starting at $15 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Part-Time
• We are looking for Mondays 4:30 PM -9:00 PM.

Job Summary:

We are currently in search of a friendly and compassionateFront Desk Attendant/Concierge to join our dynamic team! Preston Pointeis a beautiful, family-owned Independent Living Community for seniors,that has a long and vibrant history of providing the best in "retirement livingat its finest."


Key Responsibilities:

• Answers multi-line phone calls promptly and professionally, providing information and addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
• Greets residents, guests, vendors, etc
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
• Ensure all guests and vendors are signing into the guest book
• Must respond to resident emergency calls as they occur
• Must have Microsoft Office skills
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient and kind demeanor
• Successful background check
• Pre-employment physical and drug test
