Arnold Motor Supply and its sister company, The Merrill Company, divisions of The Arnold Group of Companies , started in Spencer, Iowa, in 1927. Today we're one of the largest partnerships in the United States with stores in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Illinois, and Missouri. Arnold Motor Supply has 65 stores in five states as well as two warehouses, an auto refinish division, a light industrial coatings distributor, and a related equipment division.

As we progress near our 100th year, we're poised to continue our journey of growth and diversification. Our Counter Professional/Delivery Driver is at heart of everything we do. You'll be our front-line service pro to our customers facilities and inside of our stores and focus on providing the best solutions for our customers' automotive parts needs.

• Timely, accurate and safe delivery to our business customers
• Provide expertise and service on store counter when not delivering
• Check in freight and assist in-store staff as needed

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of our customers!
• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry experience is preferred
• Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle including a valid driver's license and a safe, insurable (no SR-22) driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A commitment to being a strong team member
• Ability to work flexible retail hours (schedules are often 7:30-5:30) including alternating Saturdays

Physical/Other Requirements

• Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds
• Safely operating company vehicle(s) to local customers
• Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking and sitting
• Basic computer proficiency: ability to utilize telephone
