Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med Surg night shift position in Massachusetts requiring an active MA RN license and AHA certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a Med Surg unit within a hospital setting
• 36 hours per week, 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:15 pm to 7:15 am
• Every other weekend and rotating holiday shifts are required
• Patient charting is done using Epic EMR
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team caring for diverse adult medical-surgical patients
• Local candidates are accepted but must reside more than 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to receive standard pay rates
• Parking may incur additional daily costs and public transportation is available
• Timekeeping is managed through Kronos/UKG

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active MA RN license required at the time of consideration—no pending licenses accepted
• Certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions allowed
