Full Time Live-In Housekeeper in Nashville, TN $62,400-$72,400 per year FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE!

A high-profile family in Nashville, TN, is seeking a full-time, live-in Housekeeper to support their household. The role combines household duties with childcare responsibilities, particularly for a 9-year-old. The ideal candidate must be discreet, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fully staffed home. Must be able to work as a team with other staff at the home and be flexible when needed. 

Only local candidates and candidates with a reasonable commute will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning
• Laundry and ironing
• Meal prepping
• Dishes
• Household organization
• Vacuuming
• Grocery shopping, pharmacy runs, and other errands.
• Ensuring the household runs smoothly in collaboration with the house manager and other staff.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Minimal childcare duties, such as transportation

Schedule & Compensation

• $30-$35 per hour
• 40 hours per week, with Thursdays and Fridays off.
• Live-in accommodations: A private residence above the pool house.
• Salary + benefits, including health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
• A family-provided vehicle for work-related duties, with all expenses covered.

Monday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Thursday  Off Friday  Off Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Experience working in high-profile households with discretion.
• Comfortable caring for children, particularly those with ADHD and autism.
• Organized, proactive, and flexible in handling household tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must be comfortable around pets (the family has dogs, cats, and birds).
• This is a long-term position
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
