Experience

• Proven experience in hotel management or a related field, with a focus on sales or revenue management.
• Supervising experience is essential; prior leadership roles within the hospitality sector are highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting within a hotel environment.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Experience in human resources or training staff can be beneficial for team development.
