Job Requirements & skills:
2+ years of Experience with Photoshop, lightroom, Illustrator, inDesign
Team player: Listening to design needs, producing ideas, and communicating them to team members. Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve projects.
Ability to design for digital, web, and print
Ability to meet deadlines
A keen eye for visual details
Strong typography skills
Organizational skils
What you'll be doing:
Participating in various design projects from concept to completion.
Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to in all executions
Design digital creative assets across the entire brand ecosystem (launch campaigns, social media, branding, packaging, advertising, presentation decks, and photography edition)
Work effectively with internal colleagues to complete projects within timeframe and with a team/copy partner.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in a graphic designer role working on digital creative collateral (preferably at least a year in house at a brand)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design or creative studies
An outstanding portfolio that showcases your creativiti, mastery of design and attention to details
Experience in Adobe (Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) CS and other applications for digital design & production
Proactive. Forward thinker who goes the extra step
A plus
Experience in retail
Experience in Asana or similar project management software
Experience with social media strategy
