Summary of Functions:
The role of the Junior Transaction Coordinator is to assist the Paralegal/Senior Transaction Coordinator. Duties may include but are not limited to: enter new orders into the production system, order applicable searches, inspections and exhibits, order searches from the County including last owner/information certifications and child support searches, process curative items that require review and approval by the Title Examiner, orders bringdowns, updates taxes, water & sewer information for closing, schedule the file for closing and sends scheduling letter, organize the Seller Side File and send out to Client, assist Paralegal/Senior Transaction Coordinator with follow up and any other duties assigned to him or her by the Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Junior Transaction Coordinator may include but are not limited to the following:
* Respond to customer inquiries/information needs and provides positive, courteous service to customers.
* Input order into production system, review contract of sale, place orders with vendors, send acknowledgements/opening letters to customers.
* Order, track, receive and distribute all items and services to customer and all related parties as required.
* Orders bringdowns, updates taxes, water & sewer information for closing.
* Schedule closing: coordinate date, time and place.
* Assist preparing the for the Witness Only Closer to take to closing including all invoices, certifications and closing memo.
* Properly document notes in every file.
* Properly scan all documents to file.
* Performs any other duties as requested.

Education and/or Experience
* High School Diploma/GED preferred.
* Previous experience working at a title company preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office; a fax machine; a copier/scanning machine; and a multi-line telephone.
Other Skills and Abilities
* Ability to multi-task.
* High Standard of organization and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under stress with time deadlines.
