Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – Arlington, TX 76012

Pay: $25–$35+ per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support equipment, facility, and vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role will focus on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot issues to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Operate company vehicles and run occasional errands as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, databases).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in industrial environments.
