This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Holman Deutschland. We are currently looking for a Product Strategy & Operations Manager in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Accountabilities:
  • Evaluate product positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and market fit to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct ROI assessments to support operational efficiency and business case development.
  • Monitor product performance in market and ensure outcomes align with business expectations.
  • Explore new markets for existing products and assess the viability of new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define objectives, processes, and constraints, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Lead communication and status updates across business units to meet timelines and expectations.
  • Oversee key project plans and manage departmental milestones while staying within budget.
  • Mentor and supervise team members to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and resolve technical, organizational, or operational challenges proactively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; project management certification is a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or product management capacity.
  • Deep expertise in product development, market strategy, or operational planning.
  • Strong skills in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, giving feedback, and fostering talent development.
  • Ability to interpret customer needs and transform them into actionable business solutions.
