CannaPlanners is a Burlington, VT-based creative design and WordPress development agency specializing in digital marketing, brand building, and UX strategy for the emerging cannabis Industry. Our clients consist of start-ups, adult and medical cannabis dispensaries, e-commerce businesses, hemp farmers, CBD and Canna Brands, and B2B service providers. Over the years, we've helped businesses improve customer service, market their products and attract new customers.

About the Job:

We’re currently looking to add a new SEO/SEM Account Manager to our team. Help us develop & implement successful local SEO & PPC campaigns, as well as content & page-building strategies for dispensaries and cannabis brands!

As an SEO/SEM Account Manager, you will be interacting directly with clients on a regular basis. Additionally, you’ll continue to advance your SEO/SEM skills by creating new strategies, researching competitors, and working directly with our Digital Marketing Team. We have retained nearly one hundred clients in under 4 years by providing exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing monthly SEO & SEM client accounts
• Facilitating bi-weekly strategy & reporting calls with clients 
• Developing & implementing quarterly content strategies for each client you manage
• Ongoing optimization of existing branded & non-branded PPC campaigns
• Coordinating writing requests with our writing team
• Proofreading & publishing content with help from the team. Sending to clients for approval where necessary
• Coordinating with Email Marketing Specialist & other team members where necessary
• Facilitating all client communication, responding to emails in a timely fashion, providing outstanding customer service

• Google Analytics 4
• Google Search Console

• Proficient copywriting
• Industry-specific marketing experience

Compensation:

• $60k-$75k salary
• Unlimited PTO + 11 federal holidays
