The Closing Agent is a leading title insurance company committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced Title Insurance Processing Team Members who share our passion for excellence and dedication to client satisfaction. Position Summary: As a Title Insurance Processor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth and efficient real estate transactions. You will be responsible for examining and verifying titles, preparing title commitments, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of title insurance processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze title searches and reports to determine the status of title.
• Prepare and issue title commitments and policies in accordance with company procedures.
• Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and other parties to resolve title issues and obtain necessary documentation.
• Ensure all files are accurate, complete, and comply with industry regulations.
• Coordinate and schedule closings, ensuring all documents are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in title insurance processing.
• In-depth knowledge of title insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using title software and other relevant technology.
• Notary Public designation is a plus.
